Jackie and I went to Deerfield yesterday and I got some lousy photos. I almost hate to post any. I kind of don't spend so much time on the camera when I'm out and enjoying myself, because I figure how often am I in Deerfield? I can figure out the camera some other time. So then the pictures are bad. We made Martha magazine's meal of the month for Mack and Maura. Salmon with honey coriander sauce, ginger rice, and rapini. The ginger rice was just a couple tablespoons of fresh grated ginger, but it made a huge dufference. I'm not crazy for jasmine rice. I think it smells funny. But I am crazy for ginger.
